Meeting point will be at the main entrance of the "Mercado Central" (local food Market: Square 25 May where the flowers shops).
From Tuesday to Friday from 12:30 to approx 16:30 h.
Saturdays from 12:30 to approx 16:30 h.
The experience lasts 4 hours approx. 1 hour visit at the Central Market and 3 hours in our space. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
The experience includes: Local food market tour, best quality products, different appetizers from the beginning, salads, traditional dishes and of course, the real Paella Alicantina, probably the best in the world. You can drink as much as you want, soft drinks, beer and local wines. We finish it off with coffe, dessert and liqueur
We will start with the Food Market tour, we will shop at the best stores to find top quality ingredients to cook our recipes. We will visit the historic spots of these iconic building. Once we have all the ingredients we will go by foot to our singular place (it is 10 min from the Market), once there take your apron and let yourself go and enjoy the experience.
Cooking is part of our experience but is not required at all. You can also enjoy tasting, observing and talking with people .
To book you only have to choose an available date in our calendar, complete the form and make the payment in the reservation section of this website.

The confirmation is immediate. We will send you an email with all the details of your reservation that you can print or take on your mobile phone to the experience.
100% refund if reservation is cancelled at least 48h prior to the start time of the event, no refunds in the rest of cases. The experience could be canceled by notifying 48 hours before, if it is not completed in a minimum group of 8 people, in that case 100% of the amount of the reserves would be reimbursed.
During the 24 or 48 hours before your experience, we will remind you by Whatsapp or Email the meeting point, the time and how to recognize us
We are people groups, so punctuality is very important. Before starting the local food market tour, we will introduce ourselves for 5-10 minutes, during this time we will wait for you, after that, phone us for a new meeting point.
If you arrive a bit later, you will have to contact us to tell you where we are.
Our menu is the same for the group. For more information about allergens and intolerances write it when reservation or contact us on info@paellaalicante.com, we will adapt the menu as much as we can.
Our space is located very close to the market in an old building from 1940, it does not have an elevator. Could be not suitable for wheelchairs. Contact us before your reservation and we will inform you.
Usually during the experience we take pictures of the group. The use of these photographs is exclusively to publish them on our website and social networks. We will always inform you in the experience before taking the pictures in case you do not want to appear in them. The contact information necessary for the reservation is requested to be in contact with you and be able to inform you of any unforeseen event. This data will never be used for commercial purposes or will be shared with third parties. In the Privacy Policy section you can find more details.
